Mar 05, 2012Milling at an angle I need to mill a hole in a round, flat plate, but at a 3 degree angle. I can't tilt the spindle on my Haas MiniMill, so I will mount my small angle table on the Haas table and set it at 3 degrees. It is useful when you are working with a simple angle. You'd want to use a tooling ball for a compound angle.
